1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of phwin22, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active phwin22 account. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phwin22 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• phwin22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, exploiting software errors, or colluding with other players, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the phwin22 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all phwin22 games:

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phwin22 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of phwin22.

10. Limitation of Liability

phwin22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phwin22 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the accuracy of any information contained therein.

In no event shall phwin22's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phwin22 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

phwin22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a regulatory authority.
• Cessation of phwin22's operations in whole or in part.

Upon termination for cause, phwin22 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance (net of applicable bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may close your phwin22 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the phwin22 Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. phwin22 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

13. Amendments

phwin22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the phwin22 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
